Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in McCook County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
