Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Warren County, New Jersey. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
