Pot washer wanted in Spencer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Spencer County, Indiana. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
