Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ravalli County, Montana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
