We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Fall River County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
