Workshop mechanic wanted in Van Buren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will be based in a roadside repair garage. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts • Confident using diagnostic scan tools • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines On a typical shift you will carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends; trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; replace alternators, starter motors and batteries.
