Coating plant operator wanted in DeKalb County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in DeKalb County, Illinois. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
