Mobile tyre fitter — Peach County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile tyre fitter in Peach County, Georgia. You will work at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Day-to-day duties: • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
