Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Lewis County, New York. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
