Renovation plasterer • Wicomico County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Wicomico County, Maryland. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
