Steel erection rigger wanted in Peach County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Peach County, Georgia. The role involves: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
