Powder coating technician — Ashland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ashland County, Ohio. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
