Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Putnam County, Tennessee. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
