Join our team: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Crawford County, Michigan. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work 4+ years on the tools preferred.
