You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
