Wall and floor tiler • Jasper County, Illinois

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in Jasper County, Illinois. You will be based on a new-build housing development. You will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system. Requirements: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
