Pipe lagger wanted in Sussex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Sussex County, New Jersey. The job is on a high-rise façade. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application.
