Refrigeration and AC technician • Newport, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Newport, Wales. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Presentable and polite with customers on site You will evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
