Refrigeration technician wanted in Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Washington County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight You should have: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Rotating shifts.
