Shuttering carpenter — Nnewi North

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Nnewi North, Anambra State. Day-to-day duties: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Rotating shifts. ₦1,450 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
