Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day to day you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
