The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
