Nursery worker wanted in Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Knox County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
