Gtaw welder — Morgan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Morgan County, Colorado. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day to day you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
