Urgent requirement: line cook (North Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Sheridan County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
