Shuttering carpenter • Koko-Besse, Kebbi State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Full-time with occasional weekends.
