Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
