Now hiring: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Tattnall County, Georgia. You will be based at a double glazing firm. What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Your main tasks: • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
