We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Franklin County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On a typical shift you will run first-off inspection and sign off the part; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
