Grill cook wanted in Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Grant County, West Virginia. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
