Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Logan County, Kentucky. The job is at an infrastructure site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab.
