Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Glades County, Florida. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
