Great opportunity: cook (Anambra State)

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Njikoka, Anambra State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
