Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
