We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
