We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Logan County, Colorado. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
