Day-to-day duties: • Ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders Requirements: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Own motorcycle or scooter preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
