Safety officer — Kearny County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Kearny County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
