We are recruiting: we are hiring a general labourer in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The job is on a residential housing site. The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
