You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
