We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Wayne County, North Carolina. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 4+ years on the tools preferred.
