Shuttering charge hand — Cottle County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Cottle County, Texas. The role involves: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
