Domestic gas engineer • Sullivan County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. The role involves connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches 3+ years on the tools preferred.
