We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Hardin County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time, day shift.
