Drainage plumber • Shelby County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a drainage plumber in Shelby County, Iowa. You will work in the maintenance team of a facilities company. The role involves lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; chase walls and floors for concealed pipework. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
