Milling machinist wanted in Decatur County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Decatur County, Kansas. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
