Tandoor cook — Cumberland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Cumberland County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
