Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Nangere, Yobe State. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
