Vacancy available: construction helper (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Portsmouth, England. On a typical shift you will break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around £3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
