Frame straightening technician — Audubon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Audubon County, Iowa. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines You will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
